Returning Your Order

FlynnO'Hara accepts returns by mail or at any of our retail stores up to one year from the date of purchase. Please visit our retail locator to find the store nearest you, or follow the instructions below to process a return by mail:

  1. Complete the green return slip included in your original order making sure to note the items you’re returning, as well as the reason for the return. Place the products along with the return slip into the original packaging.
  2. Can't find your green slip? If you cannot find the green slip from your original package, please print & complete this Return Slip and include in your return package.

  3. Send your order by mail to: Attn: Returns | 10905 Dutton Road, Philadelphia, PA 19154

  4. Once your package arrives at our facilities, please allow 7-14 business days to process. You will receive an email once your return has been processed and refunded; the status of your order will be updated to Refunded or Partially Refunded on your account page.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be processed at any of our 34 retail stores. If you need to exchange products by mail, simply follow the steps above to return your original order, and then place a new order for your replacement items here at flynnohara.com. We will refund your original order within 7-14 business days from the date of receipt; you will receive an email confirmation when your refund has processed.

Warranty Exchanges

If you are exchanging a product due to a defect covered by our school-year warranty, please indicate this on your green slip, then follow the return instructions outlined above. We will send an identical replacement product to the address listed on your original order.

Our Return Policy

FlynnO’Hara is happy to accept returns & exchanges up to one year from the date of purchase* for products brought back in sellable condition (please see requirements listed below).

All refunds require both a receipt and valid photo identification. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment; cash refunds exceeding $50.00 will be issued by check within 10-14 business days and mailed to the customer.

We accept: Items that are unwashed, unworn, or unaltered and have their original tags attached.

We cannot accept:
  • Items that have been washed, worn, or altered
  • Items that are missing tags
  • Items that have been discontinued
  • Socks or tights that are removed from their packaging
  • Products that have been customized with a student's name, nickname, initials, or graduation year

FlynnO’Hara reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges on items that meet any of the above conditions.

Order Change Policy:

Once an order has been completed and paid for, it cannot be changed. If you need to change your order before it has shipped, our customer service team can cancel your original order and place a new order to reflect your changes. Alternatively, you can leave your original order as-is, place a new order, and then return any products from the original order that you no longer need up to one year from the date of purchase.

How do I check the status of my order?

First, check your email for a shipping notification from us with your tracking number. If you haven’t received your package or a notification that it has shipped, it's likely that it’s still processing or being customized.

If you placed an order online, you can also login to your account to check the status of purchases made at flynnohara.com. If you need assistance please contact our Customer Service Team.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing and shipping times will fluctuate based on the time of year you order. Please refer to the below chart.

* Please note that due to the high volume of orders in August & September, processing times may increase. If our processing times increase, we will update this table accordingly. We encourage you to shop as early as possible, at least 30 days before the start of school, to make sure you are prepared for the first day!

** Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, please note that some FedEx orders have been delayed. We appreciate your understanding in the event that shipping takes longer than the above timeframe.


Can I expedite my shipment?

At this time we are unable to offer expedited shipping. Our products ship FedEx SmartPost or FedEx Ground/Home Delivery depending on the size/weight of the package.


How will my package ship?

Our products ship via FedEx SmartPost or FedEx Ground depending on the size/weight of the package. Once an order has been shipped from FlynnO'Hara, we will send a shipping notification email which will include a tracking number, which you can click to check your package's status and shipping method.

Ship to Store

What is the “Ship to store” option?

At checkout, you may notice our Ship to Store option. This allows customers to pick up their online or phone order at their local retail location. This is a great option for customers that do not want to ship their order to their home, plus, there is no shipping fee on Ship to Store orders!

Please note, these orders are fulfilled from our Philadelphia, PA fulfillment center so they may take the same amount of time to process and ship as a regular online or phone order.


How does “Ship to store” work?

If you’re shopping online, select “Ship to Store” at checkout.

You will receive one email when your order has shipped out, and another when your order is ready for pick up. If you’d like to check if your order is ready, please call our Customer Service Team at (800) 441-4122.

Ship to store orders are fulfilled from our Philadelphia, PA warehouse and are subject to standard processing times.


Can I place my order and pick up same day?

Due to the custom nature of our products, you cannot place an order for same day pick up. Click here to view our shipping & processing times. Online and phone orders are fulfilled in our Philadelphia, PA warehouse, so please allow enough time for processing and shipping when you place your order. If you need your items quickly, you can visit your local store to shop for available items.


How will I be notified my order is ready for pick-up?

You will receive an email once your order has shipped out and another when your order is ready for pick up. You can also call our Customer Service Team at (800) 441-4122 or submit our Customer Service Form.


How long does it take for in-store pick up?

Ship to store orders are fulfilled from our Philadelphia, PA warehouse and are subject to standard processing times.


When can I pick up my Ship to Store order?

You will receive one email when your order has shipped out and another when your order is ready for pick up. Once you receive an email that your order is ready for pick up, your order is ready. If you’d like to check if your order is ready, please contact our Customer Service Team.


How long will the store hold my ship to store order?

If your order is still waiting to be picked up at our store, we will call or email you to remind you that your order is ready for pick up. We will hold your order for approximately 30 days; at that point we will contact you a final time. If you realize you have not picked up your items after 30 days, we will mail you a refund check.


When I place an order online does my local store fulfill it?

All orders placed on www.flynnohara.com are customized and fulfilled from our Philadelphia, PA warehouse. This includes orders placed for in-store pick-up!
